Artist/Owners of Fate Accompli, Ken and Rachel Fate have studied and played with art throughout their lives. Rachel attended the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and works with paint on canvas, concrete and wood, as well as digital formats. Ken creates mosaics, graphic design and audio art. They each moved to Sitka some thirty years ago and enjoy the natural world around them each day, walking in the woods or along the coastline with their four legged muse Olivia. They love to cook ~ rockfish and pizza especially ~ enjoy solving crossword puzzles together and spend time with family and friends. Today, they are following their bliss and happy to be sharing the dream of a cozy shop called Fate Accompli.
